As the winter spreads its wings in the Chandigarh region, Sukhna Lake became home to a large number of migratory birds such as Storks, Cranes and Ducks etc. This time these birds have come in huge count.

It’s a beautiful sight to see such a large number of birds floating in the lake. This year, they had come in a record high number, may be because of the reasons like good water level of the lake, sunny days, winter at par etc.

Jim Corbett National Park, situated in the foothills of the Himalayas is one of the best tourist places near to nature. With the total core area of 520 sq. km., it is a dense forest area with vast catchment area of dense forest in its surrounding. It has a rich eco-system with flat valleys, hill ridges and vast grasslands.

It is one of the most beautiful wildlife parks in the world. It has many endangered wildlife species of the world. With a very rich biodiversity, this park attracts lots of wildlife lover tourists who love to live near to forest life. Around 600 species of bird species have been sighted in this area. That’s why, it is known as real paradise for the bird lovers.

Delhi has remained one of the major convention destinations of the world since a long time. After the closing of CWG, it will be the best time for tourists to visit Delhi as a large amount is being spent on infrastructure. Old historic buildings are shinning with their new look after their makeover. According to a Tourism Ministry statement, around 75,000 foreign visitors were in India during the Commonwealth Games.
