Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directed ‘Bhag Milkha Bhag’ seems a weel carved out movie from a true story. We give this movie three and half star.

The movie is about the life of 400 meter runner Milkha Singh who won 77 races out of his 80 international appearances. The movie is about his struggle in his life and his hard work to achieve his dream.

It seems that Farhan Akhtar has done full justice with script and had done a lot of hard work to get fit in the role. The movie revolves around him only. Sonam Kapoor and Divya Dutta also played their roles well.

The main focus of the film seems on Milkha Singh the athlete’s mental and physical compatability. He keeps on stretching his limits to achieve his goals.

The music of the movie is good and is already popular in the market. The lyrics of the songs are soothing and good.

The only draw back of the movie is its length. It seems a little too stretched story, three hours plus which can be reduced to two and half hour if the director cutted certain love scenes and violence scenes.

One should give a try to this movie if you want to take some inspiration from the great athelete Milkha Singh’s life.
